JARDALU (DRIED APRICOTS)

Apricots orange colored fruits that are best summer time fruits. Apricots are small velvety skin fruit with some flesh and not so juicy but very smoothie and sweetest fruit.Dried apricots are one of the traditional dried fruit. Small size apricots are normally dried in whole. Larger ones are dried in halves, without the kernel. Seeds or kernels of the apricot grown in Asia and sweetest apricot are found around the Mediterranean, dried apricot may be substituted for almonds. Turkey is the world's largest producer of dried apricots.
